Camp Curry and Elections

Dear Midwest CY,

We have several exciting things coming up, so please take a minute to note the following:

• Camp Curry 2014: it's coming up again from June 27-29. We are looking forward to hearing Jason Ryce (our new associate pastor in Springs) speak on Psalm 22. More info to follow about registration and schedule details.
• Officer Elections: we need to elect several new officers this summer, including a treasurer, a secretary, and a vice-president. We will be conducting the elections a little differently this year since we can do voting online. So, we are asking that all nominations be sent to midw...@gmail.com by Camp Curry. Please talk to your session and have them send a letter of recommendation to be nominated. Talk to the people whom you think would do a good job as well. Any nominees will have the opportunity to campaign at Camp Curry so that more of the youth can better participate in the election process.
