Dear Midwest CY,

It's time to vote for new officers! We need to elect a Vice-President, an Assistant Camp Manager, and a Recreation Director. This year, instead of compiling absentee votes and paper votes, Joel has set up voting online via the website. See his not below for directions. The voting will be closed this Friday at 1:00 PM Mountain time so please vote ASAP. We do not have enough youth present here at Horn Creek to represent a quorum so we are depending on others pitching in to make this election work. Thanks for the help!

How to Vote:

1. Once you have logged in using your account, you'll see on the homepage a link to "vote here". Click on it.

2. On the voting page, you'll see 3 drop down menus, one for each officership. Please cast your vote for each one before you click "Vote".

3. If you Abstain, it is like casting a neutral vote (it doesn't count for or against anyone). If you select the person's name, you are voting for them. If you select No, you are saying you do not want that person in the officership (that is only where there is one nominee).

4. After clicking vote, your vote will be cast and you will not be able to vote again.

We are holding our business meeting this afternoon but have not received enough votes to fill our quorum and follow through with the election. If you have not done so, please go online and vote. Check with siblings and friends to make sure they have done so as well.
