Subject: CEDAW and climate change

Great news! CEDAW has issued an official "statement" on climate change at its 44th session. Attached copy. Please disseminate widely. It will be posted on the CEDAW website, GGCA's networks, and through the International Alliance of Women Action sheets. We are looking to ensure that CEDAW is included in the FRONT part of the treaty so that it applies to all Articles.

Best,
Soon-Young
