The M95080-A125 and M95080-A145 are 8-Kbit serial EEPROM Automotive grade devices operating up to 145C. They are compliant with the very high level of reliability defined by the Automotive standard AEC-Q100 grade 0.
The memory array is based on advanced true EEPROM technology (Electrically Erasable PROgrammable Memory). The M95080-A125 and M95080-A145 are byte-alterable memories (1024 8 bits) organized as 32 pages of 32 byte in which the data integrity is significantly improved with an embedded Error Correction Code logic.
The M95080-A125 and M95080-A145 offer an additional Identification Page (32 byte) in which the ST device identification can be read. This page can also be used to store sensitive application parameters which can be later permanently locked in read-only mode.

Im replacing the engine control module with a used module with the same p/n . im trying to see if the vin and immo info is only stored on eeprom 95080 or is it also in the mcu . or do yall know of any other way of virginising , or changing vin #. thanks guys
Gilberto,Best way on these is to clone the ECU. Most modern Bosch PCMs share global identifiers and immo between flash and immobilizer memory. Just swapping the EEPROM will likely fail. Cloning this ECU is best done with BDM frame and Bosch adapter.
