Halo Console Play Off

I have been asked by the Arkansas Modified Dolls to ask if we would be interested in hosting on December 15^th or relatively close date to the 15^th a Halo console party. The AMD’s are a non-profit organization that raises money or good for a different charitable organization each month. In December they will be doing Make-A-Wish Foundation. Their plan is to do a Halo console play off. They have asked if we would be interested in lending our space and a network for their event. We would be on all promotional pieces with second billing and money collected at door we would receive 30% of for the space operational fund. 

I bring this to the membership for discussion, they are aware of the waivers and that is a non issue.  It would be a day event, 8am – 8pm. They will be responsible they set up, tear down, and clean up. We have historically not have had activities during the weeks close to Charismas and it would be a great time to do some community outreach/group promotion with not many member needing to do anything but babysit the space and guests.

On the down side they’ll need to go to print soon on flyers, and would like a quick response.
