Zamir had sent a link about angus and tracy adopting a son . it would have been better if they had adopted anna has his whole family .

Oh yes definitely , situation sis worsening day by day ..

 

If you have a job and a project then u are feeling quite safe otherwise bench and no projects it is a very dicey situation.

 

The HR people are saying get or take whatever project u get , don’t be choosy .. get billable that’s all ..

 

But some recruitment is always going on .. god knows what they are doing or just placing ads and not hiring..

Naved n me asked abt this to Anna for more than 100 time.... paar Anna suntahi nahin....

Just to share u the fact for our latest new project we have got hired two CRM functional Guys from US - cal.. u know the reason bcos they were costing 30% less what indian guys charge for .. so i can imagine whats going on in US ... take care ..

hmm... Anant bahi that's true... now days the market rates r decreasing like anything... it's better to recruit the citizens or GC or EAD holders than H1... 'cause in case of H1 the company holding H1 will hv the lions share.. the same what Angus did with us in Jo burg.. the same tradition is going on n remains same for all consultants... specially in US...

What abt sending snaps of urs (family n kids) n ur new house.. do that whenever u hv an opportunity..Yeah, Rumki n Bubli r doing good... Bubli started going school is Columbus, OH... for kids it is becoming difficult while we parents r shifting our places due to jobs...
