I have sent out a revised e-mail with the proper revision of the proposed New Moss By-Law that we will be voting on at the annual meeting Jan 11th 2025 .

I am Tech challenged so if you are a MOSS member and did not receive the e mail contact me.

Here are the Documents to review prior to the MOSS annual meeting to be held January 11,2025.

We will vote on the MOSS BY LAW REVISION 11-25-24. as per the motion made and passed at the last annual meeting.  There will be no discussion. If there are things you would like to change then vote no. Then we will have discussion about revisions, corrections will be made and we will vote on the new revision.

Personally I feel that minor revisions need to be made.

I have sent out the documents in an e mail to all current MOSS Members except Tom Siler as I have no email for him.

If you  are a MOSS Member and did not get the email previously sent out  contact me so I may up date the member e mail list.

Also attached for your review are the current DARTS BY LAWS  and the Current MOSS BY LAWS-2003
