Iam trying to update a workflow to create a new report type. I am using dynamic input tool and have specified a sheet but, I am getting an error when running the workflow. I have posted a screenshot below (I edited out any sensitive information like the user on the file pathway and the data in the screenshot, hence why it is blank).

I do not need the file path in a formula as it is already present in the data beforehand. Also, I have already tried the triple pipe "" after the file extension to specify a sheet. Doing that only updates this:

The workflow works isolated on its own. I have swapped the files on your provided workflow to the ones I would need in my workflow. I am going to test this out on the actual workflow after lunch and will let you know. Thanks for your help man.

I can only get it to work in that isolated workflow. In my org's workflow, it is not working still. I have reached out to our contact at Alteryx and have some time scheduled with them next week. I have tried every solution available, but because of what the workflow is and what we need out of it, I can't use the Directory tool, nor can I use a specific file path and add "" in a formula tool.

We've been troubleshooting some issues encountered when using the "Enforce GlobalProtect Connection for Network Access" option in our portal agent configuration. Our TAC engineer mentioned that he had seen a setting called "Allow traffic to specified hosts/networks when Enforce GlobalProtect Connection for Network Access is enabled and GlobalProtect Connection is not established" in 8.1, but didn't see it in 9.0. (The setting should allow certain hosts to be exempted from the enforced use of GP.) However, today I noticed it in the portal config for the first time (we just updated to 9.0.4 last week). I tried putting in an IP address for the parameter value, and also using the whole subnet w/ mask. However, it didn't work to allow access to those hosts.

I can't seem to find documentation for this parameter anywhere! I've looked in the offline help in Panorama, v 8.1 and v 9.0 GlobalProtect administrator's guide, searching on this forum, and searching Google in general. The TAC engineer didn't even have documentation for this. Does anyone know the syntax, or how to get it to work?

Steve, we are excluding this setting across the board right now, because we unfortunately have a large number of machines which would need an exception. We're still doing Always On mode, and the login dialog box is pretty "in your face" annoying until you sign in, which should help encourage users to authenticate.

Here's a screenshot of the parameter. Want to know the dumber thing? Once you've set a value, you can't change it back to blank! The window won't let you save it anymore! My case engineer escalated it a week ago, and still has no idea how to configure it. It seems to be some half baked "feature" that does nothing at this point.

I've had confirmation from TAC this option also "currently" only works with GP client version 5.1.0 (which is in beta), my portal is running 8.1.4 and as soon as I upgraded to 5.1.0 the option (after configuring) worked.

I have confirmed that the exception list works when using GlobalProtect agent 5.1 beta in accordance with information in the release notes, and the info from @cyurekli. With a little experimenting, I was able to determine the following details, which I'm sharing since documentation is still scant:

As a reminder, my TAC engineer also had this to say:

Seems like the issue with the enforcer exception list will be fixed 8.1.14 and 9.0.8. there are no release dates for these firmware yet, so it might be a while.

Thank you all for the help!

I am currently investigating a support request where a user of our production app is experiencing a similar message in the UI when the contextConfig function is triggered via the configure custom field ui. Our app uses UI Kit. This might be the same issue.

Error results in User did not have access to specified resource(s) when trying to use any -ui-bridge/invoke/#invoke call (The function requested never gets called, so aside from the above error, no further log information is provided).

Edit:

For anyone who has struggles with it. It appears it is an intentional behavior as space admin permissions are expected to grant access to the resources there even though it is visible even to non-admin users. For now there is an ongoing feature request to hide Space Settings from non-admin users, which can be found at:

When running trying to run the Company tax report option I am getting the following error message "The specified path for the output file doesn't exist" as it is year end its timing is impeccable :-(. I am hoping someone has had this error before and could point me towards where to fix it. We were also at the time trying to create a new blank company for the future but don't believe this should have impacted on the current live company. Any help and advice would be greatly accepted.

I have had this same issue. i am trying to print to screen and i am receiving the error message you stated. The file option is not checked though there is a file name greyed out in there. I took out the file name which is for another user and was able to print to screen. i would not think having it unchecked with a saved file name in there would cause an issue though. Any suggestions?

The error occurs primarily because of improper path to a specific local or network drive. Before printing the report, point to "Destination" button under which there are three options (Screen, Printing and File). For the file option, there is a specified path, which appears to be incorrect

I've been programming with various ST-LINK V2s for over a year now and have almost never had any problems.

A few days ago I started to encounter problems: that is, the various compilers and two STM32 programs to see the memory of the MCUs give me different errors, but with the STM32 compiler I received a new one "No ST-LINK with the specified serial number detected! Please connect ST-LINK and restart the debug session".

I tried restarting the computer, changing the serial port to which the ST-LINK was connected, changing ST_LINK, changing the cable but nothing, I'm always getting the same error.

What should I do?

If you do want to keep it so that it will only ever connect to one specific ST-Link, but want to use a different ST-Link (ie, different serial number), then use the 'Scan' button and select the serial number of the ST-Link you wish to use.

On Keil systems I often have to navigate into the Options and debugger settings to re-associate with the correct ST-LINK to the active project, as I often have multiple attached, and change boards around, change computers or have multiple instances open.

The error I receive via STM32CubeProgrammer is the following: DEV_USB_COM_ERR.

I opened the program, I saw that ST-LINK was already selected and I tried to Connect to the device, but I received the first error.

I then disconnected the ST-LINK to the MCU and tried to refresh the ST-LINK list and it detected that there was no ST-LINK connected. Tried unplugging the USB and plugging it back in but nothing worked. This a couple of times.

After a while it detected the ST-LINK, I tried to connect to the MCU and it gave me the same error.

You're totally right @Andrew Neil, I was hoping that the error that the STM32 Cube IDE was giving me was consistent with the errors that the other programs were giving me.

I unchecked the 'ST-LINK Y/N' item and the ST-LINk was seen.

One thing I have now noticed is the fact that on STM32 Cube Programmer I get the Data Read Failed error when the MCU has active protection, while the STM32 ST-LINK Utility gives me the correct message.

Thus, this has nothing to do with getting the credential because it is entirely differently from getting Assets. To elaborate further, I have to get the Asset from the config excel file. However, it reads but it detects empty rows?

UiPath.Core.Activities.GetRobotCredential Gets a specified Orchestrator credential by using a provided AssetName, and returns a username and a secure password. For more information about credential assets, see About Assets. The activity uses the same...

Hey! Thanks for the help!

My settings and asset settings are the same as yours and the error is still the same after running _test.xaml.

If there is anymore information you need in order to help me troubleshoot this, please do tell me!

Secondly if you are using Assets tab to get assets from Orchestrator then the Settings tab value

UiDemoPath = C:\Users\u91137\Desktop\UiPath\UiPath Advanced Training Course\UiDemo.exe

is not at all used

These are not read only columns, they're columns I created myself as "Person" columns. I actually re-created the whole list an hour ago in case it was a list issue. There are 9 "person" columns, and 1 "lookup" column. This is to ensure I'm under the 12 maximum advanced fields (adding created by, modified by, gets to 12).

Edit: Deleted all Person/Lookup except one, and it still errored. Then I realised it's happening to another list and another part of the app not updated in weeks. So I wonder if I've hit some kind of limit/restriction, or if there's a database issue in our region... logged with support.

Signed in just to say YES! Agreed. WHICH COLUMN!!! Such a dumb error. Suddenly this morning all my app versions goes back days are giving this error, when the app worked fine yesterday. I have no idea what's happening or how I can fix it.

This is a huge problem! Why isn't there a way to drop all read-only columns?

How about this, Microsoft: if read-only columns always cause errors when patching data to SharePoint, wouldn't it be logical to always remove read-only columns from patch requests? Why should the user have to specify every single modifiable column with ShowColumns() or every single read-only column with DropColumns()????

Isn't it obvious that the patch request should automatically drop all non-modifiable columns? What would be the harm in that? Don't give me an error! Just patch my data and make it work.

This is such a major annoyance with developing canvas apps that talk to SharePoint, it just seems like the solution is glaringly obvious. Or how about this, TELL ME WHICH COLUMN IS READ-ONLY!!!!! The error message "Network error when using Patch function: The specified column is read-only and can't be modified." is frustratingly incomplete. Seriously, just tell me which columns I have to drop and I'll drop them. As it stands, I've gone down the entire list of auto-suggested columns and can't seem to find the remaining read-only columns. So, my next option would be to forget using DropColumns() and switch to ShowColumns() but that's an even worse solution because of how many columns are in this list. I should not have to explicitly specify every single modifiable column or every single read-only column in order to patch some data. This is ridiculous!
