Blocklist a webpage that will not load

I know that I can click the link after a page begins to load to toggle that site between blocklist and allowlist. However, navigating to https://bsky.app, unfortunately the tab hangs, so I have to use something else for dark mode there. And I can't even click the link to turn it off for that page, because it's stuck on "current.website". Somewhere the extension must have lists of all the pages I've blocklisted, so how do I access that without navigating to the page?
