The midnight lizard chrome extension is enabled. I'm trying to add the Dracula theme to the chrome browser. It will not let me select any of the themes to add to midnight lizard, I don't know why.

Midnight Lizard has to be enabled when you are on https://midnight-lizard.org/schemes in order to add color schemes from there.
Also you need to use one of the options there: Apply here or Set as default
Otherwise you will need to select installed color scheme manually from the main extension popup to use it.

I have the same problem.  Midnight lizard is active, I'm on a color scheme and I click the 'Add to Browser' button.  There's a little visual effect but that's all.  The new scheme does not appear in the drop-down list of schemes in the extension.  It's nowhere at all.  As far as I can see, absolutely nothing is happening.  I'm running it on Brave, on Linux Mint 20.1 Cinnamon.

I cannot reproduce the problem.
I have no problem installing color schemes with Brave.
Do you have any error messages in the console? (press F12 to open it)

This is what's in there right now.  I guess these are from I was trying to do it two days ago.  I tried several schemes and never added one.

longpress is not a problem.
And ad not showing should not break website I suppose.
But if it is ok for you please try to disable Brave Shield or something similar for midnight-lizard.org at least for a while to see if it helps.

OK, I'm new to Brave and it took a couple of looks to find the 'shields down' control.  It does work with that.  Thank you.
