Los subttulos automticos no estn disponibles para cargas de contenido multimedia de YouTube ni Vimeo. Para este tipo de contenido multimedia, puede cargar archivos de subttulos o crear los subttulos de forma manual. En el caso de otros tipos de contenido multimedia cargado antes del 25 de marzo de 2024, se puede agregar subtitulado automtico para el archivo multimedia con una solicitud.
Si en su distrito hay subttulos profesionales, la opcin Profesional (Professional) est disponible en la ventana de solicitud de subttulos. El subtitulado profesional usa un subtitulador humano que transcribe los archivos multimedia con una precisin de hasta el 99%.
