Dear Clergy and Delegates,
Our next Convocation meeting is Sunday, September 21st at 3pm at St. Simon & St. Jude, 1110 Kinley Rd., Irmo 29063
Agenda items include: Election of Lay Warden, review of proposed Canonical changes and Resolutions, and an update from the Office of the Bishop. Later this week, I should receive the proposed SOM and other materials, which I will forward to you by email.
If you have any proposed agenda items, please send them to me. This is our last meeting before Diocesan Convention, so please attend and bring your questions! Our Diocesan Office representative for this meeting will be d'Rue Hazel.
