Dear All,

The Midlands Convocation will meet this Sunday, September 21st at 3pm at St. Simon & St. Jude, 1110 Kinley Rd., Irmo.

Topics include the following:

Report from the Office of the Bishop

Certification of Delegates: Please know that a comprehensive spread sheet will be available at each convocation meeting listing all registered delegates. The staff liaisons will also provide change of delegate and alternate forms so that we can prepare nametags and voting credentials as accurately as possible. We will also have a list of those congregations that have not certified delegates.

Statement of Mission: Executive Committee will finalize the Statement of Mission and send members of DEC for final approval. Approval is expected Thursday. I will forward the SOM to you. The Executive Committee and Bishop have worked diligently so that a balanced budget will be presented at diocesan convention.
