[MidiPiano] Some explanation

Hello I think you're doing a wonderful job here, I really appreciate
this tool.

Just one question: what is the use of the "key" box close to the
"options" button ?
I tried to change the value to +1,-1,+2 etc.... but it seems nothing
happens ?
Am I doing something wrong ?

Again, my compliments for this fine little tool.
