Can NOT record with midipiano v2.03

Hello.  My three Music Keyboards are recognized by the midipiano v2.03 programme & I have ticked all three  as OUTPUT and also just ONE keyboard on another occasion, BUT the recording is BLANK both times  when played back.  Also when I tried to play a 3 note CHORD ( NOT in recording mode) ,  I get a box come up saying "Violation of ACCESS etc".\ I would have copied the page, but I don NOT know how to do that !!  Please note that everything works perfectly when I use these music keyboards with my Virtual Organ programme, MIDITZER. So it cannot be a driver problem.  I cannot see how to access the  Channels 2 to 16 as these are greyed out. I look forward to your reply.

Hi, Do you ticked any one keyboards as INPUT Device? could you tell me
the device name displayed in "Input Devices"? I will try to find out
the issue.
