speed control

I agree with the earlier comment about speed control. If selecting a
new part of the midi with a speed set (or pausing and restarting), it
would be nice for the speed not to change to the default setting but
keep the speed the user wanted.

If speed changed by user, the speed will keep to the end of the file.

So if I load a file that plays at speed 100 by default, then change
speed to, say, 10, and go back to the beginning, it will remain at
speed 10?

I add a "Auto Speed" selection, try the 1.82 version.
