Touch interface for Windows touchscreens (yMIDI or others)

I'm trying out Ymidi Toolbox Plus as a "TouchOSC for Windows", but it has only absolute controls, so settings jump as soon as you try to adjust them. Does anyone know of a program that gives you either continuous controls that send +1 / -1 signals or a program like touchOSC with full 2 way communication of settings that would work on Windows?
