Repeated actions for granular white balance control

For controllers that don't support NRPN/16bit values, adjusting white balance for raw files is a bit awkward.

One either has to sacrifice granularity of adjustment, or limit the range of possible adjustment.

It would be cool if it were possible to assign an increment/decrement white balance by NN degrees to a repeated action.
