Version 3.2.3.0 not loading and error message

I downloaded and installed Version 3.2.3.0  for winnows 10, but it's still running version 2.9.5.0.  I also get and error message when I try to open the options panel.

Please post the last run of MIDI2LR.log from %appdata%\MIDI2LR.

What directory did you install 3.2.3.0 in? What directory contains 2.9.5.0?

3.2.3.0.  in        C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Lightroom\Modules

2.9.5.0.  is in      C:\Users\Administrator\Documents\MIDI2IR Profiles

You have an installation problem. I'd uninstall both by deleting their directories. Then install 3.2.3.0 again.

I deleted the directories and was able to install 3.2.3.0   but I still get the error Message when I try to open

Include the contents of the MIDI2LRinfo.txt file and the log file (MIDI2LR.log)in your message. These files are found in %AppData%\MIDI2LR. To find the %AppData%\MIDI2LR directory on WIndows machines, open File Explorer, type %AppData%\MIDI2LR into the address bar, hit enter.
