Updates are sent to Lightroom each time Midi2LR "probes" the device

Not sure how to best describe this, when I start lightroom and Midi2LR fires up it keeps sending CC17 to lightroom every 2 seconds even though I have not touched anything on my encoder.

When turning on "Show status and activity" in plugin settings most settings scrolled by and then it stops on "straighten angle" which is the second last encoder on my X-touch compact mini.

No idea how to troubleshoot this further, it started a couple of versions ago (don't remember exactly and I just stopped using the tool at the moment).

Currently on the latest version of Lightroom Classic CC 7.5 and Midi2LR 2.9.5.0.

This video shows what happens (I do not touch the controller at all during this time)

To me it looks that you have changed the range of the CC to 0-100 instead of 0-127 and/or is not configured for absolute values.
A right click on the CC assignment in the MIDI2LR server will show what MIDI2LR expects/has been configured.
This must be the same as what has been configured in the MIDI controller.

I haven't touched any configuration, it has worked fine earlier.

So this mystery was brought to an end:

I had other midi software installed (rtpMidi and loopbe) which I'm guessing interfered with Midi2LR.
After removing these softwares I no longer have this issue.

Not sure how midi2lr selects midi-device but perhaps a feature to select/blacklist midi device could help prevent this issue in the future :)
