Command key shortcut not working

Hi,

I have not used midi2lr for some time and today I notice a new bug. When I send a shortcut key, midi2lr sometimes send the shortcut but everytime then crash.

The last line in your log is "Automation permission denied for com.adobe.LightroomClassicCC7". In MacOS Mojave, you have to grant permission to let MIDI2LR send keystrokes. See https://github.com/rsjaffe/MIDI2LR/wiki#installation for instructions.

The crash appears to be because of a concurrency bug in the display loop, which I'll fix with the next release. MIDI2LR was attempting to show a dialog with instructions on fixing automation permission, but that dialog crashed the app because of the bug.

Reinstalled autorisation twice and this time is ok. It was simple and I knows the problem... sorry and thank you ;)
