Restrict to specific MIDI ports?

I have another MIDI application that conflicts with MIDI2LR. Would anyone else like to see the ability to restrict MIDI2LR to listen only on user specified midi ports/channels? That's how Glenn Venghaus does it with his Akai Resolve controller and it works well.
