Thanks for great job, very cool that the feature for Crop was added. Add please "Set crop aspect ratio 4 by 3" - an equivalent of medium format 645 film

Sure. It will be in the next release. In the meantime, you can add it to your setup by doing the following (assuming you're using version 3.1.0.4)

In the MIDI2LR.lrplugin directory, replace Database.lua and Client.lua with the attached files. In the %appdata%\MIDI2LR directory, delete the MenuTrans.xml file.

The next time you start Lightroom, the option for 3x4 quick crop will appear.
