Alt key + rotary knob

Hello :)

I've searched all day long but couldn't find an answer.

For fine sharpening or Whites for ex., I'd like to use ALT+<sharpen>. And it would be cool to not going back on keyboard just to press ALT key.

How did you do that ?

This is a bug in Lightroom. It doesn't respond to the Alt key press when using a plugin to alter the value. See #7 in https://github.com/rsjaffe/MIDI2LR/wiki#faqknown-issues.
