Adobe have release a new Version on May with new Functions.
A new Slider Structure.

They didn't document the programming interface for the new commands, but I've reverse engineered the Texture command (the one affecting the entire picture) and successfully tested it. It'll be in the next release—which I'm currently working on but having other issues delaying the release.
