Potential move of discussion group to github

Github now has an improved discussions group function, and I am planning to eventually use that instead of Google groups, as the Github discussions function can be linked better to development planning.

Please visit https://github.com/rsjaffe/MIDI2LR/discussions and use that instead of Google groups

For now, I will monitor both, but if this is successful, I will close down the Google groups page.
