In the appendices I have a print screen of the message that I always get when starting up LR + MIDI2LR. What could be the cause of this?

EnableToneCurve was removed from the program as Adobe Lightroom Classic doesn't respond to that message. You can eliminate the message by reassigning the key that was sending the message or by editing the xml file to remove the line containing that command.
