set fixed output values for rgb midi buttons

hello i got novation lounchpad mini today, it has rgb buttons,

 is there any  chance you can add options to send fixed  velocity value from 0 to 127 for buttons?

:) i found solution for rgb buttons to set the color, there is a free program i found - https://www.bome.com/products/sendsx 
and it is working. but to know what is the address of a button i use another free program from here - http://www.midiox.com/

than using this program it reads the address and state of the button : example: 

after button pressed:

address  / state  

7F - button pressed

00 - button relased 

 so first button has value:   90 00 7F  /  90 00 00   pressed /released   

 second button has  value: 90 01 7F  and  90 01 00  etc. 

to send rgb value via send sx program 

just type the address of the button and rgb value so send something like:

90 00 4F where 4F will light the button strong red for launchpad mini and 

4F bright red

4A middle red

4D light red

7D yellow

3C bright green

5C week green

3F strong orange

5D light orange

5F something like red orange

thats all lights for launchpad mini if you want more colors buy launchpad pro twice price but more color : hope it helps if some one has lauchpad.
