How to control some parameter of VST-synth with MSS?

to Midi Shape Shifter

For example i want to control a Cutoff (or Res, or Pan, … or something else) parameter of some VST-synth with sine LFO.
How can i do this with MSS?
I use DAW — BanLab Cakewalk
