Missing notes in Rock Band 3 with Yamaha DTX 520

I am drumming like hell with Rock Band 3 and have been enjoying the Midi Rocker since 2 weeks. But I have a problems when playing songs with many drum hits. I am using the Yamaha DTX 520 e-drum. I have checked the midi monitor from the LX software and when I play long parts with many hits I see errors after some time and no note is recognized. When I stop for 1-2 seconds, I can play again. I have modified the gateway time from my DTX and it got better, but still sometimes I have missing hits.

Test 2:
The note duration is now at 40ms and it is working most of the time. When the problem starts I see the Midi LED blinking, so something is coming into the midi-rocker. But the LEDs showing the corresponding hitted drums do not light. I need to stop 1-2 seconds and it gets to work again. When analyzing with the MIDI LX software I see the input from midi but it is not interpreted as a note. One time I had this phenomena every 5 seconds, so I plugged the USB out of the PS3 and plugged it into the other USB port and it worked correctly for a long time.

I will need to post the error message from the midi logging inside the LX config software...

Did anybody had the same problems and maybe a solution?
