Executive Producer Michael Moore and Palestine's Official Submission for the 2025 Academy Awards, From Ground Zero is a collection of 22 extraordinarily powerful short films created by Palestinian filmmakers who document in real-time the overwhelming grief and loss as well as the resilience, hopes and dreams that endure in Gaza amidst the devastation of living amidst war. 

The film screening will be followed by Palestinian refreshments, Moderated Listening Circles, and a Resource Fair sponsored by grassroots activist organizations across the Hudson Valley who will share upcoming initiatives and opportunities for YOU to take action.  

Feedback from previous Film Screenings has been overwhelmingly positive:
 
99% of participants say that the films have helped them to more deeply understand the struggles and resilience of the Palestinian people under Israeli occupation.
