Uyghur help needed

If you or anyone you work with knows some Uyghur I could use some help with a pamphlet we are trying to catalog at NLM.  It is a translation of an earlier edition of the Chinse work OCLC 910279550. At minimum I would like to be able to come up with a 245 transliterated title.
