ConC call for volunteers

Dear colleagues,
The Committee on Cataloging (ConC) is seeking MELA members to fill two vacancies on its team for 2024-2025. The committee's main charge is to identify and consider issues related to descriptive and subject cataloging, classification, and content designation of Middle Eastern resources, make recommendations, and collaborate with relevant bodies. Members are expected to attend meetings, contribute to projects, and vote on topics as needed. The committee meets once a month via Zoom Meetings.
