Middlesex Malters off flavor class, interested?

I have the off flavor course materials.  What I need now is a list of people interested.  Please respond to this note if you want to join the class.  This will be about 2 hours an evening over two nights.  We will probably schedule this either once a week for two weeks or once every other week, depending on what works best for people.  I hope to do this late March, early April.  

Respond if you want to be on the list.  We can handle about 10 people.
