Hello, Friends of the Chester Fair Wine/Beer Tasting, 

 

   You are receiving this email because you have been a participant (or shown interest) in the Chester Fair Wine & Beer Tasting, held at the Chester Fairgrounds.  We will be having our 9th Annual Wine & Beer Tasting on Saturday, June 6th, and we hope that you will again attend.

  Our committee has started the planning process, and I wanted to let you know now so you could include us in your calendar this year.  Also, if you have any questions, comments, or concerns, we want to hear from you. Our goals are to make our event successful and fun for everyone involved, so your suggestions are very welcome.

In an effort to expand and increase our options this year, we are offering vendors the choice of continuing to use our indoor space or bringing your own tent and setting up outside. 

  We had over 500 people attend last year’s event and we are hoping to match and better that number this year.  If you know of any other vendors that may want to join the fun, please give them my e-mail or send me theirs.

  We look forward to welcoming you again this year!  Please let me know if you will be able to join us, and if you prefer an indoor or outdoor space.  I hope to hear from you soon.
