Subject: sweetest half workouts
I hope everyone had a wonderful Winter Carnival!
Here are the workouts for for the week:
* Tuesday: 5x1000m, meeting at Sunderland at 4:45
* Thursday: Tempo run (20 minutes + mile warmup and cooldown), meeting at Sunderland at 4:45
* This weekend: Long run/race-sim: 9 miles (6 easy/3 at race pace plus 20-30 secs). Would Saturday or Sunday be more convenient for everyone's schedules?
Of course feel free to come and run whatever distance/pace is comfortable for you! And if you're looking for someone to run with on Monday and Wednesday, Midd for Play is running inside -- meet at Mead Chapel at 4:30!
Hope to see you this week,
Adrienne

Hi all,
I'm assuming we will be running our workout inside today? Kenyon, again?
Jane
I don't know, I would be willing to try outside to avoid the hard surface... What do other people think? I will probably come prepared for outside and strip if necessary.
