Hey everyone,

Just a reminder that we will be doing a run tomorrow (Friday) at 10:00 am, meet in front of Sunderland! It should be warm. It might be raining, and if it is, we will still be running :)

The workout for tomorrow is a 4-mile tempo run (at half marathon pace or slightly slower--so really not that much faster than a normal run), plus warm-up and cool-down. Of course, feel free to do whatever you are up for--if that's a short, steady run at this point, that's absolutely fine.

Potential for group eating afterwards.

Enjoy your Thursday nights! See you all tomorrow!

Amy

Hey running friends,
Great run this morning!  And thank you Lindsey for showing showing us the South St. mile markers!
This weekend, we will be doing a long run on Sunday, meeting at 11:00 am in front of Sunderland.  The training calls for between 8 and 10 miles, but of course everyone is welcome to run whatever distance you are up for at this point.  And brunch feast to follow!

Happy Carnival!  Have fun and enjoy the beautiful sunshine!

Adrienne
