Temp run tomorrow morning, 8:15am

Hey all,

Sorry for the numerous emails but I will be running the tempo run tomorrow morning since I can't make it to the afternoon time.. and I'd love some company!! I'm planning on going at 8:15am but I can negotiate if that is too early :) Meet at Sunderland. Please send me an email if you plan on coming. Thanks!

Is anyone particularly set on the 4:45 time slot? Because it sounds like Adrienne can't make it and is going at 3, which would be better for me too... If we just moved the afternoon run to 3 to try and keep people together, would anyone who was going to go not be able to?

Ahh I just found out that I need to meet with someone re a potential summer job at 3:15 -- I don't know exactly how long that will take, so you guys should definitely go ahead and start at 3. But if someone could text me your route, I will try to catch up shortly thereafter!
