Dear Leaders and Teachers

This is to remind you that the TDS liability is maintainable on your
salary, so you are further requested to please furnish your tax saving
details in prescribe undertaking form (undertaking form collect From
wing coordinators on 23.02.2019 after 12:30) for eligible deduction from taxable income u/s 192
of the Income Tax Act 1961. Please provide the details on or before
04.03.2017 from 2:00pm to 2:30pm. If you fail to provide the information before the above mention date, it will be presumed that you have nothing to furnish any documents/details in this connection and TDS will be deducted as per
the law without any further information to you. 

Pan card is compulsory for TDS deduction, if the pan card not available with the 
employee  will be deducted at the rates prescribed(20%) in the act.

Note:

That in compliance of the TDS deduction on the salary amount. Please provide the following details & explanation on the HRA, is any claimed the details are as under:-

1. That if rent agreement was executed on the current date with effect from April or back dated then please furnish the previous rent agreement or explanation for execute the agreement in the current month.

2. That please provide the owner ship proof (Water bill / House tax receipt/ crossed copy of sale deed/lease deed) of the landlord. If you are unable to furnish the document as stated above than please furnish affidavit / undertaking of landlord on Rs.10 stamp paper duly attested by notary with the identity proof of owner.

3. That please furnish the home loan EMI payment details (copy of pass book etc) and if the loan was in the joint name then please provide the undertaking of the other person for not taken the benefit under the IT Act,1961 along with the interest certificate from bank and also that the same property has in possession of the owner.
