After so may year when I will get old and will share story about this corona disease to kids and they will ask how could you survive. It will remind you and I will tell them because the  captain of my ship was a hero.

I also want to share to you that I shared in the group. It is really a big support in this difficult scenario. 

I share you one incident.

Once I was asked by a parent who was seeking schools for admission. They asked me "Why BNPS for a child?"  Thought came in my mind" because I feel comfortable and confident."I have grown up a lot but that is for me. I took a pause and that answer I couldn't tell to parent that day. They wanted to know things for child. I shared pros and cons and I was thinking later why are these cons? It was coming again and again and I was finding answers. I asked to other teachers also. I got pros and cons. Today I got the answer that satisfied me completely. 

Why BNPS

School is taking care of their staffs and staffs are taking care of students. It is the value that is transmitting. It is the vibes that is spreading. We will support your child to make them human being not a machine . That's why BNPS.

Recently we had a meeting with Aruna ma'am regarding updation of information related to our salaries and I was under the impression that we are going to have reduced salaries in near future but what I heard took me by surprise.

With no doubt , it wasn't shocking to know how much you are going through and working upon to make the ends meet for us as you have always projected yourself as a very compassionate being with great values, but still feeling your presence and support in these difficult times is like a cherry on the cake. 

Getting a regular salary in these times , when other working members of my family are facing cutdown in salaries and difficulty in paying our rents and bills, I can't express enough about how grateful I am to you.

It fills me with proud and enthusiasm to think of myself as a part of this organisation and I feel a lot of people who are working with BNPS are feeling the same.

Respected Sir,

This is to share how gratified i am today. We had our department meeting and the agenda was salary.After reading that message a lot of thoughts crossed my mind but when we were shared about it that how deduction in salary is the last thing in your mind made me write this mail.I don't know when we are going to meet in person and i don't want to wait for long to share this that how proud i am to work with BNPS and with you.The way you are supporting us in our thin time and thinking about us, make us the lucky ones.We know how our institution is facing downs in this Pandemic but still keeping us and our needs in mind shows that how fortunate we are.You always got our back.I hope that i am able express my gratitude. 

This institution has taught me a lot of things but the most important thing which i have learnt is how to take everyone along.I would like to end this mail with a quote which i think is appropriate "A leader is one who knows the way, goes the way and shows the way."

Thanking you from the bottom of my heart.

 Words seem less to 'Thank You' for all the effort you have put in to keep this BNPS family intact.

The thread that keep us all strong in the thick and thins has always been lead by you. The belief in you and the entire BNPS family was already strong but in this tough time with pandemic around,it has become the strongest.

Your intent of salaries being released exactly the same and at the regular interval has been a tremendous effort and comes as a mental relief in these tough and testing times.

Best efforts are being made and would always be made to support the school in all the times to come .

A deep " Thank you" from the bottom of our heart for all the efforts you are taking in these difficult times.

My belief in you and and in this institution was always there but it has become even stronger ever before.i feel really lucky to be a part of this institution

There is a lot of negativity all around but your efforts towards your staff and this BNPS family is tremendous, and this for spreading a ray of positivity all around.
