I looked at the InterKingdom Brewers Guild web site and information,
the Middle Kingdom Brewer & Vinting A & S Faire (Division V: Domestic
Arts and Sciences) and Period Recipes on the web and this is the
following information.

- The InterKingdom Brewers Guild does not have any information on Non-
Alcoholic or Very Low Alcoholic Beverages.
- The Middle Kingdom Brewer & Vinting A & S Faire in the first
paragraph, first sentence states: "Category Rules: The category is
divided into three sub-categories: are Brewing (Beer, Ale and Lager),
Vinting (Wine and Mead) and Specialty Beverages (Cordials, Liqueurs,
Vinegars, Distilled and Non-Alcoholic Beverages)." So the Middle
Kingdom does have information on Non-Alcoholic or Very Low Alcoholic
Beverages
- Period Recipes has recipes for Sweet Water, Root Beer, Ginger Beer
and Chocolate Drink.

So the summary is I think we should include the Non-Alcoholic or Very
Low Alcoholic Beverages in the Charter of the Middle Kingdom Guild of
Brewers and Vintners because Middle Kingdom and Period Recipes exists.
