Frog Hollow Bikes is offering four Maintenance Clinics for February & March.
Want to learn the basics on how to take care of your bicycle and or learn some tricks on changing a flat? Then these clinics are for you!
The Flat Tire Clinic will cover how to change a flat tire while on a ride or at home. This includes instructions on what tools you need and how to use them, how to patch a tube, and how to inspect your tire, tube and wheel.
The Basic Bicycle Maintenance Clinic will cover cleaning your bike, lubing your chain, and how to make sure everything is tight and safe to ride.

Hi Laura,
I want to let you know that this year I do not want the Kelly Boe Memorial Foundation to sponsor the Ride of Silence. You and the Midd Bike-Ped crew have been so wonderful over the years. But each year that goes by, my family has less connection to the high school who supported the ride and us so much. Most of my friends reluctantly come to the bike ride. Many friends have moved away and my daughters have moved away from Vermont.
My family does a memorial Chipman Hill walk every year on the anniversary of Kelly’s death and that is much more comfortable for my friends and family than the bike ride.
