Sharing this article from Richard Hopkins who serves on the Town's energy committee and Climate Economy Action Center (CEAC) and commutes by bike often. The Walk/Bike Council of Addison County would agree that the key is good traffic calming street design (road diets, crosswalk bump outs, etc) rather than more enforcement so love the points about revised civil engineering training and appreciate the comments about challenges and expense dealing retroactively with the geography of streets and roads we have now.
