See attached for draft notes from our last CO meeting – see below for a reminder of the action items. Please let me know if you have any modifications or questions. I will send a separate email with information on OKT and the Story Map.
Action Items
· Harmony will send materials that the Working Group has already assembled (concerning audiences, outreach tools and strategies, etc) to Oregon’s Kitchen Table (OKT) – DONE
· Harmony’s will send OKT’s “tips and tricks” for outreach to the Working Group – FORTHCOMING
· Harmony and Gouri will send out overview materials for the Story Map – FORTHCOMING
· All members will send the materials to help Gouri with the Story Map
· Briana and Harmony will send information about the “Panel of Peers” event on June 14 to the Working Group
· Paul will send the Mark Needham study out to the group
· OKT will share a table with audiences/tools that the Working Group can help fill in with additional detail

This is friendly reminder that we have a Communication and Outreach Working Group meeting next Monday, April 30 from 1-4 at the Guin Library (same spot as before!) See below for the proposed agenda. The main focus of the meeting will be to support Oregon’s Kitchen Table on their outreach plan for a big engagement that will take place this summer. Should be a good meeting!
