[instream] Instream Ecology Draft Agenda and Key Docs to Review for 11/5/19 1:00-3:30

Hello all! 

I feel like it's been so long - but it really hasn't, we had the large gathering in September, planned and executed a really collaborative tour in August, did something (I'm sure) in July, and now I'm just working my way backwards to remember warmer weather... 

Please see attached for a draft agenda for this upcoming Tuesday's Workgroup meeting. Importantly, PLEASE REVIEW THE ATTACHED DOCUMENTS before we gather in order to come prepared to start debating and selecting the key issues we want to flesh out (I really hate that term, but can't think of a better one right now) and bring forward in the final products to be developed this winter. Tuesday's discussion does not have to be the final word on these issues, as there are many intersections posing a challenge to healthy and functional riparian and in-stream ecosystems. However, let's work together to get as much completed as we can next week. We've already done a lot of this lift with the Excel we developed this past spring "Defining Current Water Needs," also attached here.
