Greetings Self-Supplied Work Group Colleagues!

To kick off our "Virtual Meeting" this month, I've prepared a simple Agenda (attached).

Mid-Coast Water Planning Partnership

Self-supplied User Work Group Meeting April 2019

 AGENDA

Date:                     Virtual 4/17/2019

Location:              The Internets, via Self-Supplied Listserv

Agenda

4.       (Amy Chapman + Emily-Bell Dinan) Status Update & Assistance Requests for Domestic Well Safety Grant.

5.       (All) Plan for 10-15 minute update to Planning Partnership at April 23rd Partnership Meeting in Gleneden Beach.

a.       Who will represent us? (Volunteers)

b.       What should be included?

c.       PowerPoint or other materials needed?

6.       (All) Other Updates, Announcements and Information

Also, I've updated the meeting materials from February 13th presentations by OWRD and OSU Extension.  They are available in the Google Drive Folder through our website at midcoastwaterpartners.com.

I've mocked up an LAP for Focus Issue#3: Water Supply Vulnerabilities and Opportunities.  Please review and send feedback to the group.  What are we missing?

The template for a LAP for Focus Issue #4 is attached.  Could we get a volunteer to prepare a first draft for discussion?

We'll be offering an update to the Partnership at the April 23rd meeting in Gleneden Beach.  We need a volunteer(s) to give that update and help them prepare.

This is kind of an experimental "meeting," so please participate as you are able and we'll evaluate how it works at our next in-person meeting.

Gratitude,

--Alan

Colleagues,

Happy Earth Day!

There is still time to comment on draft LAPs & offer updates this week, by replying to this message string.  I look forward to seeing you at the Partnership Meeting in Gleneden Beach on Tuesday!

For that meeting, I will put together a few PowerPoint slides to facilitate a general update to the Partnership.

Cheers,

--Alan
