[instream] Instream Summit and working group meeting update Mid-Coast

Instream & Ecology Working Group Members,

 

Here is an update on the Instream Summit. We are going to have a regular working group meeting on January 7^th 1:00pm-3:30pm at Guin Library which I will be facilitating. This is going to be a “pre-instream summit” for working group members to revise and receive feedback on their individual statements and for the group to combine similar statements together before attending the Instream Summit. I had gotten quite a few emails that January 7^th wasn’t the best date for our Instream Working Group members to have the Instream Summit so to give everyone ample time to prepare for the Instream Summit and ensure that we get a good turnout I have created a doodle poll for you guys to fill out.

 

January 7^th Working group meeting prep:

1) Please send the me the names, phone numbers, and email addresses of people that should be invited to attend the summit by this Friday 12/20/19

2) Please send me your individual Problem/Issue Statement (s) that you have been working on by January 2^nd, 2020 

 

Instream Summit Prep:

1)  Please fill out the doodle poll using the provided link for a 4 hour meeting (8-12n or 1-5pm) at the end of January to the first two weeks of February. I will be closing the poll to voting on Thursday December 26^th and sending out the official invite to the event on Monday December 30^th
