Muni – District Working Group Members,
I am following up on Adam’s email to provide some context for the Mid-Coast Water Conservation Consortium documents.
Draft IGA and By-laws Templates
Content in these documents was drawn from the Regional Water Providers Consortium and Clackamas River Water Providers IGAs and bylaws. These documents do not provide legal advice. These documents are simply “straw dogs” for the lawyers of those water providers involved to use as they develop the actual documents.
Draft Work Plan and Budget
· The goal for Year 1 is to create a strong foundation that we can build upon in subsequent years.
· I provided two versions of the work plan and budget to discuss.
o Version 1: includes developing an accomplishments report
o Version 2: has no accomplishments reports and instead increases the purchase of water saving items. An annual accomplishments report could be part of the Year 2 budget.
I look forward to our meeting on Tuesday and to hearing your thoughts!
Thanks,
Suzanne
