I just got off the phone with Jeff Young of NOAA and he is interested in plugging back in. Jennie Franks used to be involved, but she took a different position in the agency. He mentioned that there was a petition to list the Oregon Coast Spring Run Chinook last fall: https://www.biologicaldiversity.org/species/fish/pdfs/Oregon-Spring-run-Chinook-Petition.pdf. Wanted to make sure this group was aware.
