Hi All,

 

I wanted to make sure that everybody has a copy of the Biosolids packet from Oregon DEQ.  DEQ's Response to Comments Depoe Bay Public Notice Updated, attached.  I received a copy from my request for DEQ to video tape the hearing on Dec 13th.  ODEQ is providing an audio tape for Public Record of the Biosolids hearing.  They are allowing the hearing to be video taped, but they have declined to film the hearing.  I have made a request for the Lincoln County Commissioners to video tape the hearing.  I spoke to LC Casey Miller & he thought it a good idea.  It would be helpful and more likely to happen, if others ask too.

 

Please email and ask Commissioner’s to video tape the ODEQ Biosolids hearing.  The more people writing LC Commissioner Doug Hunt, dh...@co.lincoln.or.us asking for the video.  The more likely the Commissioner’s will video tape the ODEQ Biosolids hearing.  Please email.  The LC Commissioners might decline to video tape the ODEQ Biosolids hearing.  I hope Lincoln County Community Rights will be able to film, if LC doesn’t, as a backup please.
